Shondelle Solomon-Miles discovered her passion for fitness and body transformation upon graduating from Columbia University in 1996. Since then, it has been Shondelle’s personal and professional mission to improve and transform lives via the vehicle of health and fitness. In 2006 years after graduating with her Masters in Sports Medicine from University of Miami, Shondelle established Synergize!, a multifaceted small-group personal training center specializing in body fat loss and weight management for adult men and women. ‘I wanted to create an affordable and results-driven alternative to traditional health clubs and one-on-one personal training. I really wanted to help people get permanent, and not ‘quick fix’, results and most of all, have fun doing it.”In June of 2009, Shondelle discovered CrossFit after months of neglecting her own personal fitness regimen. After realizing the effectiveness of the CrossFit methodology, Shondelle became certified as a CrossFit trainer in 2010, and in early2011 Synergize! became a CrossFIt affiliate.’Ive never been more passionate about anything as I am about CrossFit. It is my personal and professional mission to chang bodies and lives using the CrossFit methodology’.

Every year millions of people who prepare and file their tax return get a refund check. This annual filing obligation, along with millions spent on advertising tax preparation to get a fast refund, gives the perception that a tax refund check is a good thing.

Many of us remember the most infamous wedding vow, “Till death do us part.” But exactly what happens to the surviving spouse after your death? Most often we leave the surviving spouse the gift of poverty, a substantial reduction in income and debts that will certainly wipe out any remaining savings.
Every day I meet with clients that avoid f ...

Well, I can't tell you how many times I personally forget to ...
