You will loosen the joints of your body, become more flexible, improve balance as well as stability, and learn to move with fluid like motion. Learn to be “in the moment” with your body – in order to feel the subtleties of tension, release and weight distribution. When you attend the class, please wear loose comfortable clothing. Flat sneakers are best. Class is 1 1/2 hours long and the cost is $15. Beginners are always welcome!
