The Hollywood Hills High School Girls Soccer team is off to a good start early in the season. Coach Steve Ripp said the team, which has struggled in previous years,  is starting to improve and could have a good season.

“We need to keep in the grove, get stability and play together,” said Ripp.

Top players include Nicole Martez, Zianni Lopez, Jazlyn Jimenez, Ilse Gonzalez and Ramiah Cooper.  Holly Neher, who is known for playing on the Hollywood Hills football team as quarterback, is also on the team.

The players know that teamwork is the key to success.  Said Martez, “We need to work together and act like a family.”

“We need sportsmanship and to work as a unit,” added Lopez.
