The Charter Review Committee Public Hearing will take place on Tuesday, January 16th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at City Hall, 2600 Hollywood Boulevard, Room 219. The Charter Review Committee Chair will present an update on the committee’s recommendations,  then the discussion will be opened for public comment.

The Charter Review Committee has been taking a comprehensive look at the City Charter and all aspects of the city’s governmental structure. The Commission is then required to place the Charter Review Committee’s proposals on the ballot at the next presidential or gubernatorial election, whichever occurs first.  All committee meetings are open to the public.
