CIRC Residences at Hollywood Circle Officially Opens to Residents

Residents have started moving into downtown Hollywood’s newest 386-unit luxury apartment community CIRC Residences at Hollywood Circle. CIRC Residences, which is part of Gold Coast Florida Regional Center’s Hollywood Circle mixed-use project in downtown Hollywood opened last month with more than 100 leases.

The master project is known as Hollywood Circle also includes a Publix Supermarket, 111-room CIRC Hotel and Olivia Restaurant & Bar operated by restaurateur Piero Filpi. RKW handles management and leasing for the apartments at CIRC Residences.
